Small or Big venture?
We know that usually or traditionally, people will start a company from a small scale:
  • They start with very little resources and very few manpower. 
  • They will learn along the way from discovering an issue until finding the solution.  
  • Initially, the problems are more direct, it is more about competition & customers.  As the company grows, they will then slowly learn about account and HR in different stages or time frame. 
  • In sum,they will go through the different stages one after another until certain forms of system / procedure are set for improvement and prevention.  




HOW it relate to ABC company? 

 After ABC company 2-month reno, “BANG” :
  • It has immediate monthly income required at RMXXK, and fix expenses of RMXXK. 
  • It is the cutting point that proper set up and plan must be made before.  




The FACT? 

Proper set up or plan - I refer to those will work effectively and efficiently, mean it has taken the consideration from all different aspects thoroughly. Note simply set up a form or procedure will not work. Some problems are noticable, some are not yet. 

Authority -  If a person mentioned as in charged, then must act as per positioned. Any reason given is just an excuse. If Production got problem and a person is set to in charge, then get her to fit it or teach her to fit it. The worst is you yourself fit it, but not you blame her and she blame you. When one can blame each other, it mean they are not fully taking responsible of it. 




The CONCLUSION?

My initial conclusion was partly because the management are formed by a group of unexperienced people. As long as willing to learn, they will go through the stages they have to go through. It will be fine when proper procedures and authorities are set in place. 

Then, i realise I were wrong. The roof of the issue is the mindset, and How ABC company is viewed - A startup or small business venture? Of course, it cant be the only issue, there are other rationale as well, but mostly related or commonly recognised as the mistake of a startup (The Link will give some ideas).

People have seen it as a “fight” during the process to correct a mindset or thought - tough thing to give advise to one who are unwilling to think out of the box and to leave his ego behind.

Yes, there is nothing changed overnight, but one must willing to change, open to the suggestions in order to lead to a bigger change. Not to be forgotten, “Speed" is also the critical factor as related back the situation to ABC company.

Rationale underlying of every fight was to make acceptance of the change for the better future. How many fight were there? As many as enough to turn one into bad shape. It is unhealthy to be continued, i agreed.
